TAYG Industries, a plastic injection moulding company of products for professionals, belongs to the Zriser Group (owned by Ana and Pablo Serratosa), has closed the year 2020 with a significant growth to exceed 21 million euros. Similarly, forecasts for the first half of the year are for a 40% increase in turnover compared to the same period in 2020. The excellent progress of the company and its growth forecasts have meant that it has had to expand its facilities by 8% to reach 27,000 square metres of warehouse and production facilities in Beniparrell (Valencia).
"This is the result of overcoming 2020, a year in which the pandemic has set the pace, but in which TAYG has achieved significant growth in turnover, especially in exports, and a start to 2021 in line with its business plan," said Antonio Hostalet, TAYG's commercial and marketing director."
The company is immersed in its 2020-2025 business plan, in which constant and sustained growth is expected, as well as levels of investment and partnerships with customers around the world. The business lines TAYG Buildengaged in the manufacture of building material accessories, and TAYG Clinicwhich produces state-of-the-art bactericidal material, are driving the business as major developments in recent years along with its traditional business of TAYG light (electric and LED range for professionals), and toolboxes, where they are currently one of the main players in the European and global sector. The company is currently present in 71 countries with different commercial collaboration agreements.
Currently, TAYG has increased its workforce by 10%, which it has been able to consolidate throughout COVID19, and has new offices and 8% growth in the storage and production areas, which will help to increase service and productivity levels. In the coming months, the company, which has managed to maintain its business thanks to the high levels of digitalisation, will return from September to participate in international trade fairs such as CERSAIE, BIG 5 Dubai, National Hardaware Tools in Las Vegas and, at the beginning of 2022, Eisenwarenmesse in Cologne and Cevisama. There is great enthusiasm on the part of the buyers to return to the face-to-face format and TAYG has new references as a result of the work of the R&D department over the last few years.
