Within the framework of the strategic cooperation project "Prevention of nosocomial infections through the development of hybrid bacteriostatic and/or bactericidal materials for healthcare furniture" (MOBACT) in collaboration with AIMPLAS, Lamberti, Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria La Fe de Valencia and the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and financed by the Agencia Valenciana de la Innovación, this week we are testing the compounds in our facilities.
The aim of the project is to develop a technology capable of reducing the risk of colonisation of sanitary surfaces near patients in order to reduce by up to a third the burden of these diseases that pose a health risk and significant public expenditure.
